About the role#
Weekday is hiring an Operations Associate Intern to join our internal team. This is a full-time, remote role that focuses on candidate outreach. You will gain experience in the recruitment industry by engaging directly with prospective candidates and learning how to present job opportunities effectively.
What you'll do#
- Make 100 to 120 outbound calls every day to reach prospective candidates.
- Share details about open job positions and explain role requirements clearly.
- Answer candidate questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Track your calls and candidate responses to ensure accurate reporting.
- Build your communication and presentation skills through daily practice and training.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound calls consistently.
- A self-driven approach with the patience to learn new professional skills.
- A positive attitude and the resilience to handle varied responses from candidates.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Psychology.
