About the role#
This is an 8-week, paid, full-time internship program designed for students graduating in Spring 2027. The program runs from June 7, 2027, to July 30, 2027. It serves as a career launchpad with the potential for top performers to receive a full-time job offer at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and Client Experience to build a 360-degree view of the business.
- Learn property and casualty insurance fundamentals.
- Understand how the company evaluates risk, services policies, and manages the customer lifecycle.
- Participate in corporate skills training, including communication, presentation, and time management.
- Build your professional network by connecting with team members across the organization.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in hand by June 2027.
- A major in business, marketing, finance, economics, risk management, or a related field.
- A 3.5+ GPA and involvement in extracurricular activities are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Above-average technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.
