About the role#
Stifel is hiring a full-time Branch Intern for our Palm Beach Gardens office. This is an on-site role that runs on a rolling basis. You will work Monday through Friday supporting our Financial Advisors, branch management, and support staff with daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage travel and expense reports.
- Collect information for performance reports.
- Prepare paperwork and materials for client meetings.
- Assist with special projects for the branch and Financial Advisors.
What you'll need#
- Completion of 1-2 years of college coursework in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information and prioritize your workload.
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
