About the role#
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work with the Customer Success team to build client relationships and support customer satisfaction. This role focuses on learning customer-centric strategies and contributing to the overall growth of our client base.
What you'll do#
- Support the team in engaging with clients throughout their lifecycle to drive product adoption and reduce churn.
- Assist and shadow the team during the onboarding process for new customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for value and address concerns.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
- Create and update internal Customer Success materials.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
- An empathetic and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
