About the role#
The Roundel Advertising Internship is a full-time position starting in Summer 2027. You will join Roundel, the internal retail media network at Target. This role offers exposure to media, adtech, strategic marketing, and consultative selling. You will work with major brand marketers and agencies to build marketing solutions based on first-party data.
What you'll do#
- Work within the Roundel media business.
- Develop creative, multi-channel, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Drive audience strategies and determine media mix allocations.
- Align creative and media strategies with client priorities.
- Participate in the Roundel Ready! career development program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program for Marketing or Advertising.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership, initiative, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A drive to achieve results.
