About the role#
We are looking for a Finance Operations Intern to support key workflows across travel and expense, enterprise systems, and business operations. This role provides hands-on experience with finance processes and the systems that help our company scale. You will work directly with our team to document procedures and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Support travel and expense operations, including process coordination and issue tracking.
- Assist with contract and agreement coordination, as well as purchase requisition and order management.
- Document finance workflows, standard operating procedures, and process requirements.
- Analyze process challenges and support improvements to data quality and workflow consistency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Interest in finance operations, business processes, and enterprise systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
- Proactive approach to learning and clear communication skills.
