    About the role#

    As a Field Application Engineering Intern at Teradyne, you will work with LitePoint application solutions. This role is based in San Jose, California, for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site as part of a full-time internship, gaining hands-on experience with wireless communications, RF measurements, and testing equipment.

    What you'll do#

    • Set up and validate LitePoint application solutions on customer devices.
    • Write code and scripts with guidance from your mentor.
    • Run regression tests on QA stations.
    • Investigate test results and debug software and hardware failures.
    • Build technical expertise in testing equipment and wireless communications.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
    • Familiarity with C or C++ programming.
    • Basic knowledge of wireless communications and RF concepts.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Location: San Jose, California.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: The hourly pay range is $25.50 to $47.00, depending on experience and skills.
    • Note: This position does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
