About the role#
The Specialty Summer Intern program offers rising college seniors hands-on experience in corporate risk management and the insurance industry. This 8-week program provides exposure to specific specialty lines, such as Natural Resources or Surety. You will work on projects, conduct research, and learn about the insurance landscape through direct engagement with our teams.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to risk management within a specific specialty line based on your interests.
- Conduct research and perform data analysis for client-focused projects.
- Collaborate with clients, markets, and insurance professionals.
- Participate in educational conversations regarding practice lines and industry verticals.
- Attend events designed to increase business acumen and facilitate interaction with leadership.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising college senior.
- An interest in corporate risk management and the insurance industry.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Houston, Texas.
- The internship runs for 8 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
