About the role#
This internship is part of the Clearing & Securities Services team. You will work on projects across various business lines including Asset Services, Equities, Fixed Income, and Wealth & Investment Solutions. This 10-week program provides a foundation for early-career talent through training, mentorship, and team-based projects. You will gain exposure to how financial markets operate while completing work connected to real business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value to clients.
- Participate in research, analysis, and project work to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of business strategies, products, or data solutions.
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and sharing insights.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, liberal arts, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date in Spring 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
