About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Summer 2027 internship based in Orrville, Ohio. You will work with sales, marketing, and replenishment teams to support business goals with national retailers. This role offers exposure to the operations of a large food company and requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of 9 days onsite per month.
What you'll do#
- Work with sales, marketing, and replenishment teams to drive business results.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners.
- Help develop sales strategies for key retail customers.
- Analyze competitive and internal data to support sales performance.
- Create sales presentations alongside sales leaders for customer meetings.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior student.
- You have an interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- You are a self-starter capable of working in a hybrid environment.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.

- Compensation: $19 to $23 per hour, based on your year of college at the start of the internship.
