About the role#
As a Structural Engineer Intern, you will work on real-world projects including high-rise buildings, cultural institutions, sports venues, and transportation facilities. You will gain hands-on experience by collaborating with professionals across multiple disciplines in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the structural analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems.
- Work with engineers, architects, and other design professionals to deliver coordinated project designs.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and drawings within a BIM environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for civil, structural, or architectural engineering.
- A strong academic record.
- A demonstrated interest in structural design and solving engineering problems.
- Familiarity with software such as SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint, or Revit is a plus.
