About the role#
As a Category Management Project Intern, you will join the TikTok Shop US operations team. This role focuses on scaling content and creator commerce. You will engage in short-term projects that provide professional experience and practical skills in a commerce environment. This internship requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
What you'll do#
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of live-streaming content operations and product assortment strategy.
- Act as a Campaign Executive by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, including promotion settings and seller registration.
- Monitor real-time project performance and evaluate results after campaigns conclude.
- Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business decision-making.
- Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Background in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
- Proven ability to own projects from inception to implementation.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience in ecommerce or tech organizations is preferred.

- Compensation: $23.75 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship.
