About the role#
We are seeking a motivated engineering student for a hands-on internship at our manufacturing plant in Princeton, Kentucky. This role offers the opportunity to join an engineering team focused on technical support and the execution of capital projects. You will gain working knowledge of processing principles, operating systems, and project management while contributing to enterprise-wide strategies.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support for manufacturing operations.
- Support the execution of capital projects.
- Develop options and recommendations for manufacturing process systems.
- Collaborate with other engineers to solve defined problems.
- Communicate progress and results to team members.
- Support key strategies and programs across the enterprise.
- Use subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical and economic support to internal groups.
- Champion the implementation of new technology and commercial applications.
What you'll need#
- 2 to 3 years of progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams to drive improved performance.

- Location: Princeton, Kentucky.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, on-site internship.
- Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour.
