About the role#
Treehouse Partners is hiring an intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Venice, California. You will work within our executive search team to support our business operations.
What you'll do#
You will assist with the job search process and support the full recruiting cycle from start to finish. This role provides an inside look at how a recruiting firm operates. You will gain a practical understanding of the interview process and how we manage human capital.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students or graduates with an interest in recruiting and human capital management. You should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications. A solid understanding of resume components is required.

This internship is located in Venice, CA. It is a paid, full-time, on-site position. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
