About the role#
The Office of Research Services (ORS) is looking for a student to assist with administrative and organizational tasks. You will help maintain systems related to research and commercialization agreements, funding applications, and trade compliance. This role provides insight into research administration, legal agreements, and patent processes.
What you'll do#
- Update and migrate the ORS website to SharePoint by editing existing content and writing new material.
- Verify and correct information within the TRIUMF agreements and funding applications databases.
- Cross-reference digital records across various online platforms.
- Ensure all agreements and funding applications are saved correctly to the internal content management system.

- Enrollment as a post-secondary student in any field of study.
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to your work.
- High attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately.
- A self-learning mindset to help identify improvements for record-keeping systems.
- Excellent written communication skills to interact effectively with staff.
