About the role#
Twist Bioscience is looking for a full-time Marketing Intern to join our team in South San Francisco. This role focuses on a major initiative aimed at the academic market. You will work across teams to shape audience strategy, build programs, and manage brand concepts across digital and in-person channels. This is a 6-month, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Help plan and execute the launch campaign for a new academic initiative.
- Build and manage campaign programming across digital channels, including email, web, and marketing automation.
- Work with the Design team to brief, review, and finalize creative assets.
- Coordinate on-site logistics, event giveaways, and academic-audience engagement at key events.
- Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- A background in biology, biomedical sciences, marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Fluency in or curiosity about life science and academic research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as email or automation platforms, CMS, analytics dashboards, or Adobe Creative Suite.
