About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will join a cohort to build foundational experience design skills through hands-on projects, mentorship, and training. This role offers exposure to senior executives and the chance to contribute to human-centered financial products.
What you'll do#
- Create meaningful, human-centered experiences that impact the business.
- Learn the foundations of user experience and digital design practices.
- Develop business acumen through training and cohort activities.
- Collaborate within a multi-discipline team to solve design problems.
- Participate in social events, volunteer days, and development workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Majors including Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Industrial Design.
- Ability to start the program on June 7, 2027.
- Basic understanding of digital communication and design principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Interest in web and app design, data, and technology solutions.

- Location: Minneapolis, MN.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Employment: Full-time.
