About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site to build instructional design skills while supporting employee growth and learning programs.
What you'll do#
- Create training modules and materials to support employee development.
- Research leadership development topics and learning trends.
- Review employee feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to training materials.
- Participate in Lunch and Learn sessions, networking events, and intern outings.
What you'll need#
- You must be a Junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with Articulate is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, or Kenosha, WI.
- Complimentary housing is available for out-of-town interns.

- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
