About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in face-to-face sales. You will work alongside experienced account managers and sales leaders during the summer of 2027. The role includes two weeks of professional training to build your product knowledge and presentation skills. You will receive a phone and car allowance during the program.
What you'll do#
- Support sales growth in accounts across your assigned territory.
- Deliver customer service to a wide range of industries.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits.
- Provide business solutions using our product catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and refine your skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking and enthusiastic approach.
- A team player attitude.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Milwaukee, Waukesha, or Franklin, Wisconsin.
- The internship runs during the Summer 2027 term.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
