About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will work alongside sales professionals to gain real-world experience in a face-to-face selling environment. The program includes two weeks of professional sales training to build your product knowledge and presentation skills. You will receive a phone and car allowance during your time in the role.
What you'll do#
- Support sales growth and provide customer service across various industries in your assigned territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to offer business solutions from the Uline catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and learn from experienced Account Managers and department leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site and complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.

- This position is based on-site in Paramus, Wayne, Hoboken, or Clinton, New Jersey.
