About the role#
This is a 16-week, full-time paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will work in the field as an Outside Sales Intern, gaining hands-on experience by working alongside sales professionals. The role includes two weeks of professional sales training to help you build your product knowledge and presentation skills. You will also receive a phone allowance and mileage reimbursement.
What you'll do#
- Support sales growth and provide customer service to accounts across various industries in your territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to offer business solutions from our catalog.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings to share ideas, learn from experienced Account Managers, and improve your sales skills.
What you'll need#
- You must be a 3rd or 4th-year university student. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Fluency in both English and French, in both written and verbal forms, is required.
- You should have professional communication and presentation skills.
- A reliable vehicle is essential for making sales visits.
- We look for hardworking individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.

- This is an on-site position.
- The internship is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with additional coverage areas in Hawkesbury, Embrun, Carleton Place, and Cornwall.
