About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience in face-to-face sales. You will work alongside experienced Account Managers and sales trainers to learn the business. The program includes two weeks of professional training to build your product knowledge and presentation skills. You will receive a phone and car allowance during your time with us.
What you'll do#
- Support sales growth for accounts across all industries in your territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits.
- Provide business solutions using our catalog and website.
- Attend weekly team meetings to share ideas and develop your sales skills.
- Deliver customer service.
What you'll need#
- Current college Sophomore or Junior status.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Glendale, Arizona.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
