About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work alongside sales experts to improve department processes and build training resources. The role is entirely on-site, providing a chance to gain professional experience through business projects while working with a dedicated mentor.
What you'll do#
- Review sales team processes and data to spot trends and areas for improvement.
- Create training materials like presentations, guides, and eLearning modules.
- Research and design content focused on product and sales skills.
- Write summaries of your insights to present to sales leadership.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with eLearning or LMS software is preferred.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
