About the role#
This paid, full-time internship runs for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site to assist with projects that improve the customer experience across our ecommerce channels. You will be paired with a mentor and work alongside business analysts and stakeholders to turn research into design solutions.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to UX design projects that improve the customer experience.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.
- Interview stakeholders to identify user needs.
- Create prototypes and concepts based on your research.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders on project work.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- A portfolio showing your UX design work.
- A strong curiosity about the user perspective.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

- This is an on-site position.
- Locations include Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, and Kenosha, WI.
- Complimentary housing is provided for out-of-town interns.
