About the role#
This Co-Op program provides an opportunity to join the Customer Experience department at United States Cold Storage. You will work alongside a professional team of analysts to gain hands-on experience in the frozen food warehousing and transportation industry. This role is a full-time, temporary position running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports using metrics such as gross margin and on-time performance.
- Gather and synthesize data to create reports tailored to specific customers.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify trends, key issues, and growth opportunities.
- Create PowerPoint and Excel presentations from collected data to support business development.
- Respond to RFPs and proposals for customers.
- Use data from systems like TMS, WMS, and CRM to provide reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program, specifically in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and moderate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable mode of transportation.

- This position is located on-site in Camden, New Jersey.
- The role requires a 40-hour work week.
- Students may need to take a semester off or reduce their course load to participate.
- This is a paid position.
