About the role#
The Verve Label Group Marketing internship is a shared position supporting both the Jazz and Classics marketing teams. You will work across frontline and catalog releases for labels including Verve, Impulse!, and Deutsche Grammophon. This is a paid, full-time opportunity based in New York City for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Attend team meetings and distribute notes.
- Create and edit assets and decks.
- Write and edit marketing copy.
- Update internal marketing documents.
- Organize internal folders.
- Set up radio blasts and physical mailers.
- Compile release recaps and attend artist events or concerts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university in the United States.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2026 and Fall 2028.
- Ability to commit to 30 hours per week.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Access to housing and transportation in New York City.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with digital community spaces such as Discord and Reddit.
- Interest in jazz, classical, and catalog music.
