About the role#
University Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Student Assistant for the Financial Services Branch, Accounts Receivable team. This role is based at the DMV headquarters in Sacramento and requires on-site attendance. You will support the team with financial processing, reconciliation, and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Process credit card refunds and perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Use the Oracle Automatic File System to post revenue corrections.
- Handle cashier overage and shortage requests from field offices.
- Prepare written correspondence for field office management regarding discrepancy reversals.
- Research and post error card corrections to Series I terminals and process check requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university.
- A declared major in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including personal computers, scanners, and copiers.
- Capacity to work independently and maintain consistent attendance.

- Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
