About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Care AI Analyst Intern to join our team during the summer of 2027. You will support our ongoing efforts to modernize our support platform while building out AI-driven case deflection and smart routing. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Columbus, Ohio office with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Review AI-handled interactions and evaluate case outcomes.
- Analyze case volume and trends to identify opportunities for self-service and AI deflection.
- Write help articles and guides to support these initiatives.
- Clean and label case data to help test and improve our routing processes.
- Map and validate data as we transition from our legacy system to a modern platform.
- Build reports and dashboards to track the performance of our AI, routing, and migration efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising Junior, Senior, or graduate student in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with MS-Excel and a genuine interest in data analysis.
- A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.
- An interest in learning about technology, specifically AI.
