About the role#
Join the People & Culture organization at Veeam for a Summer 2027 internship. You will work at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and operations to help our global team adopt AI in a responsible and high-impact way. This role focuses on building systems and playbooks that scale AI across an HR organization, moving projects from initial ideas to prototypes and pilots.
What you'll do#
- Prototype AI workflows and agents using tools like M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, and Claude.
- Convert enablement materials into durable assets including checklists, templates, quick-start guides, and role-based playbooks.
- Organize and maintain the agent and workflow library, enablement assets, and documentation in SharePoint.
- Assist with project tracking, intake hygiene, and status updates.
- Track adoption signals and impact metrics using Excel and dashboards.
- Partner with HR practitioners to document needs and translate them into structured next steps.
- Evaluate AI outputs for gaps or inconsistencies and iterate to improve quality.
- Create repeatable frameworks that can be shared internally.
What you'll need#
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and progress without constant step-by-step instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
- Preferred: Experience building simple automations in tools like Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Preferred: Experience chaining prompts for multi-stage workflows.
- Preferred: Exposure to APIs or technical tooling.

- Compensation: The pay range is $20 - $25 USD per hour.
