About the role#
Vincennes University Jasper is looking for a creative and outgoing student to support the Admissions Office. You will help showcase campus life through social media while providing assistance to prospective students and visitors. This role is a fit for students who enjoy content creation and want to represent the university in an authentic way.
What you'll do#
- Create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Capture photos and short-form videos of campus activities, events, students, and facilities.
- Brainstorm content ideas and help maintain a content calendar.
- Greet prospective students, families, and campus visitors in a professional manner.
- Support admissions events, campus tours, and recruitment activities.
- Assist with general office tasks like filing, data entry, and assembling materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Vincennes University student.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- An interest in photography, video creation, graphic design, marketing, or communications.
- Experience with creative tools such as Canva or CapCut is helpful.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards.
