About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work on high-pressure systems and desalination technology. You will join our engineering team in Los Angeles for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on the design and optimization of high-pressure systems.
- Assist in prototyping, testing, and refining lightweight mechanical components.
- Analyze materials and system designs to ensure reliability and performance.
- Perform hands-on work with development hardware.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring long periods of standing, crouching, or walking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical Engineering degree program.
- Coursework or experience in fluid dynamics, circuit design, thermodynamics, or material science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team.
