About the role#
We are looking for motivated interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer of 2027. This role offers hands-on experience in areas such as distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations. You will work within a corporate environment to support initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.
What you'll do#
- Manage ongoing tasks and projects for various managers.
- Conduct market and industry research, including data collection, consolidation, and presentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding key findings and recommendations.
- Provide communications and administrative support.
- Assist with special projects and documentation efforts.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A dependable nature and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with Tableau is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance, insurance, or investment fields is helpful but not required.
