About the role#
West Fraser is hiring an Étudiant (e) production to work at our La Sarre facility. This is a full-time, paid position with a rolling term. You will work on-site in Quebec.
What you'll do#
- Perform daily tasks based on the specific station assigned to you.
- Clean various areas throughout the factory.
- Act as a safety monitor for confined spaces.
- Act as a safety monitor for hot work.
- Clean equipment and facilities during plant shutdowns, including tasks like mixing and scraping.
- Assist your supervisor with additional requests as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Basic technical skills for handling industrial equipment.
- Ability to store and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Versatility and the ability to adapt to different work stations.
- Aptitude for teamwork.
- Students in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management are welcome to apply.
