About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in event planning, marketing strategy, and business operations. It is designed for college students and recent graduates looking to build practical skills and gain exposure to professional initiatives. This is an unpaid internship position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support marketing campaigns including email, social media, and promotions.
- Create and schedule content for digital platforms.
- Conduct research for events, partnerships, and outreach.
- Collaborate with team members on projects, assignments, and brainstorming sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Public Health.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Reliability and accountability regarding deadlines and commitments.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in a remote environment.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools like Google Docs, email, and social media platforms.
Location & details#
- Location: Remote.
- Schedule: Flexible hours between 10 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Commitment: At least 10 hours per week.
- Academic credit: Available if approved by your college or university.
