    About the role#

    This IT internship focuses on workflow automation and reducing support costs. You will work with our IT team and managed service providers to find automation opportunities, test solutions, and improve self-service options for end users. This role provides hands-on experience in a global organization.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify and analyze workflow inefficiencies.
    • Collaborate with teams to gather project requirements.
    • Design and implement automated workflows using various technologies.
    • Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and existing workflows.
    • Monitor and optimize automated processes.
    • Collect and present data on workflow performance and user feedback.
    • Support the development of training materials to increase user adoption.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with workflow automation, scripting, or process automation tools.
    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience or familiarity with IT Service Management concepts, ServiceNow, or Moveworks is a plus.
