About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with quality initiatives and steel manufacturing processes. You will gain an understanding of automotive quality requirements while building practical skills in data analysis and business software, including Salesforce, ETQ, and Tableau.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing tools to streamline existing quality assurance processes.
- Create dashboards and job aids to help identify, organize, and extract information from data sources.
- Support daily quality activities focused on serving automotive customers.
- Analyze data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
