About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship based in Saukville, Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience in operations finance by working on financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional projects. The role requires a part-time commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week during the academic year and transitions to full-time during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn the day-to-day accounting and operations finance processes.
- Assist with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and business performance initiatives.
- Support cost variance analysis and other finance-related projects.
- Help manage fixed asset capitalization and disposal activities.
- Document existing processes and identify ways to improve them.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Current status as at least a sophomore with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Completion of multiple courses within your major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle are preferred.
