About the role#
This 10-week paid internship provides 1st-year MBA students with experience in corporate finance. You will work in a professional environment, receive guidance from finance leaders, and build a network within the organization. This program serves as a pipeline for the full-time Finance Associates Program.
What you'll do#
- Develop operating budgets and manage R&D portfolio allocations.
- Perform financial forecasting for developmental compounds.
- Analyze operating performance and evaluate returns on capital expenditures.
- Execute internal audit projects focused on risk assessment, controls, and operational effectiveness.
- Participate in professional development workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a 1st-year MBA student at an accredited institution, graduating in Spring or Summer 2028.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience.
- Superior financial modeling skills in Excel and the ability to learn new financial software quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence others within a matrix organization.
- Proven capability to communicate effectively in academic or work settings.
- Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship.
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
