About the role#
The Future Talent Program offers a 10-week summer internship for MBA students interested in finance. You will work on project assignments, gain exposure to senior leadership, and participate in networking events. The program provides hands-on experience within our global finance functions to help you evaluate your long-term career goals.
What you'll do#
- Participate in specific project assignments.
- Forecast, report, and analyze operating results.
- Consult on operational risk management and process improvement.
- Manage capital structure, currency, and other financial risks.
- Analyze business strategies and capital investments.
- Present your summer experience to a panel of finance professionals and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a first-year MBA student.
- At least 5 years of professional work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with a global mindset across boundaries.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
