About the role#
This internship is part of the Finance Team in Burlington, North Carolina. You will assist with an internal process improvement project aimed at increasing efficiency and refining existing workflows. This is a full-time, paid position during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support project planning, organization, and coordination tasks.
- Review current workflows to find opportunities for improvement.
- Document project activities, processes, and findings.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to reach project goals.
- Prepare project materials and communicate updates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Progress toward a degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to organize tasks and work well within a professional team.

- Location: Burlington, North Carolina.
- Term: June 1, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
