About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience within the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid summer program is designed to help you develop professional skills while learning from industry experts. You will work directly with our teams to support business operations and client needs.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and communities.
- Manage policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Handle data management and assist in claims processing.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project updates and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
