About the role#
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects is hiring a Civil Engineering intern for our Omaha office. This is a paid, year-round position. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real projects to apply your classroom knowledge and learn about our firm. We do not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Perform hands-on work to support project delivery.
- Solve complex problems and assist project managers.
- Collaborate with partners to help create the built environment.
- Work as an active team member to gain insight into a career in civil engineering.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.
- Interest in civil-works careers like highway, municipal roadway, or drainage engineering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to be responsible and dependable.
- Capacity to balance school, work, and personal demands.

- Location: Omaha, Nebraska.
- Work Modality: On-site (no remote work).
- Schedule: Full-time availability preferred.
