About the role#
This internship provides a rotational experience across CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Creatio. You will gain hands-on exposure to CRM implementation and client engagement while building foundational consulting skills. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems.
- Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients.
- Assist in business analysis and project management across various industries.
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Above average class performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- A balance of innovative thinking and disciplined rigor.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Work Modality: This is a hybrid role. Associates are expected to work from a Wipfli office or client site 2-3 days per week. In-person attendance is required for scheduled meetings at client sites or the office.
