About the role#
Wipfli is hiring for an Audit Internship for the Spring 2028 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in Missouri. You will work directly with professionals across the firm to support client engagements and develop your skills as a business advisor.
What you'll do#
- Perform audit, review, and compliance testing procedures according to professional standards.
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes, management reports, and other engagement outputs.
- Respond to requests from clients and firm associates.
- Use data analysis skills to find useful information and patterns.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Work as both an individual contributor and a team member on various client projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Completion of a corporate or individual taxation class.
- Above average accounting knowledge, demonstrated by your college GPA.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

- This internship is located in Clayton and St. Charles, Missouri.
- This is an on-site role requiring 5 days a week in the office or at client sites.
