About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Val d'Or. You will join our team for a rolling term to gain hands-on experience in internal sales and operations. This role is designed to provide a solid foundation for your career through a mix of structured training, mentorship, and practical work.
What you'll do#
- Learn all aspects of our business through guided training in the warehouse, at the counter, and within our sales and operations departments.
- Develop your professional expertise through interactive training sessions, targeted workshops, and personalized mentorship.
- Complete a training program that combines online learning with field experience.
- Master the sales process and deepen your knowledge of our products while building your leadership potential.
What you'll need#
- A diploma or certificate from a post-secondary institution in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or Sociology.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Steel-toed boots.
