About the role#
The Growth Analytics team at Wonder acts as a strategic partner to drive customer acquisition and lifetime value. As an intern, you will work with analytics leaders to evaluate performance and turn data into actionable business stories. You will use tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Looker to help solve real-world growth hypotheses.
What you'll do#
- Query BigQuery database environments using SQL to extract customer, order, and promotional performance data.
- Partner with growth and marketing stakeholders to evaluate campaign lift, customer cohort trends, and promotional A/B testing performance.
- Manage and enhance the Growth Analytics AI data chatbot while ensuring alignment with AI governance frameworks.
- Translate complex data outputs into clear visual slides and executive summaries for leadership.
- Execute an end-to-end strategic capstone project using artificial intelligence to investigate customer cohorts or growth campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Foundational SQL skills including SELECT statements, JOINs, GROUP BY, and aggregations.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to summarize technical data into concise, strategic slides.
- 0-1 years of prior internship, research, or relevant project or coursework experience.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
- Compensation: $36.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship.
