About the role#
As an Assistant Project Manager on the Enablement Team, you will support the construction of high-tech, rapid-turnaround commercial sites. You will help manage the specialized designs and advanced kitchen equipment required to meet aggressive site-opening timelines. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Optimize workflow documentation and support architectural plan reviews for new sites.
- Track project timelines, audit progress, and report key schedule metrics.
- Participate in site construction meetings and cross-functional project manager syncs.
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Draft and update operational manuals for general contractors and vendor partners.
- Assist in refining standard operating procedures to scale construction operations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a B.S. or M.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related program.
- Proficiency in Google Platforms, including Google Sheets and Gemini App Scripts.
- Familiarity with construction schedule management platforms and Monday.com.
- Previous internship or construction industry exposure is preferred.

- This role is based in Parsippany, New Jersey.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
- The pay rate for this position is $36.00 per hour.
