About the role#
Yaskawa Motoman Robotics is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Coop for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miamisburg, Ohio. You will work with a team of engineers and designers to support product development and manufacturing processes.
What you'll do#
- Generate and alter Bills of Material.
- Handle engineering change requests and various design tasks.
- Attend design reviews, staff meetings, and project meetings to learn about technical challenges and business operations.
- Spend time on the manufacturing floor to study product configurations and interpret engineering drawings.
- Gain experience with SolidEdge, SolidWorks, and EPICOR software under the guidance of a mentor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in a Mechanical Engineering program.
- Completion of at least one course in Computer Aided Design or 3D modeling.
- Status as a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident.
