About the role#
As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will strengthen the infrastructure behind our growing commercial organization. You will work on projects that make sales data more useful, processes more scalable, and decisions easier to make. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance partners while learning how a high-growth company builds and scales its go-to-market engine.
What you'll do#
- Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality.
- Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting.
- Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs to help sales teams prioritize prospects.
- Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing and opportunity stages.
- Create practical dashboards, analysis, and enablement materials for sales stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of an undergraduate degree in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and a willingness to ask questions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship located in South San Francisco, California.
- The term is for Summer 2027, spanning from May or June through August or September.
- This position is paid at a rate of $40 per hour.
