About the role#
As a Marketing and Creative Services Intern, you will support our team through design, video production, and content development. This role involves working across multiple disciplines to create visual content for marketing campaigns, recruiting, and internal communications. You will work on projects with real responsibilities and collaborate with leaders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist with graphic design projects such as social media content, web assets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Support video production by helping with filming, lighting, audio setup, editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Maintain organized creative files, digital assets, and project archives.
- Prepare equipment and materials for photo shoots, meetings, and creative reviews.
- Participate in brainstorming, creative concept development, and campaign planning sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business leaders to support organizational initiatives.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand standards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred.
- A strong eye for visual design, typography, layout, and brand presentation.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your design or video work is required.
- A basic understanding of video production techniques, including composition, lighting, and audio capture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Miamisburg, Ohio.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The role is offered on a rolling term basis.
- Employees must be able to work in office and manufacturing environments and may need to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
